Ordering & Shipping Information
We currently only accept orders for postage within Australia.
Orders are processed and then shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment (unless we contact you). Once the parcel enters the hands of Australia Post we have no control over delivery timeframes. Please use the provided tracking number to follow your parcel on the Australia Post website. If there are any issues please contact us and we will do our best to help where we can.
In the event that an item ordered is unavailable we will contact you with an estimated date of availability. If this is unsuitable to you we will refund your money.
Postage is free for orders over $80. All orders under $80 will pay postage of $9.95.

We can only refund stock that has been damaged in transport, is faulty or is different from that ordered. This stock must be returned to us. You must notify us of any problems by email within 7 days of receipt of the item/s by you. Please specify the item you would like to return and the reason for this. At this stage we will approve and discuss return of the product. Once we have received the returned goods we will arrange replacement or refund. All exchanges will be subject to availability. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

New Dimensions respects your personal privacy. You always have the right to refuse the disclosure of any personal information, however, it may inhibit your ability to use the site to its fullest potential, including, but not limited to, online transactions. If we request any personal information, we will disclose the purpose for which we intend to use that information.

Your personal information is not lent or sold to anyone for any purpose.

By using the website you signify your consent to New Dimension’s collection, use & disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

In using this website you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, name, email address, postal address, phone number and credit card information. You may refuse to provide these details, but by doing so you may limit your ability to use this website, including the ability to place orders online.

New Dimensions may use your information to contact and correspond with you in relation to enquiries, processing transactions & payments, and postage of orders.

New Dimensions may keep a record of all correspondence with you along with your purchasing history.

Only New Dimensions employees and contracted companies with proper authorization will have access to your personal information and only to the extent necessary for the purposes of responding to enquires, processing payments and orders.

This website may contain links to other websites. When you click on one of the links you are contacting another entity of which New Dimensions has no control or responsibility.

This policy may be changed at the sole discretion of New Dimensions without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of this policy will be posted here.
