Our Policies
Ordering & Shipping Information
We currently only accept orders for postage within Australia.
Orders are processed and then shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment.
In the event that an item be unavailable we will contact you with an estimated date of availabilty. If this is unsuitable to you we will refund your money.
As an approximate postage guide if the item is less than 0.5kg cost will be $5.00 and if the item is between 0.5kg and 3kg cost will be $9.00.
Refund & Return Policy
We can only refund stock that has been damaged in transport. This stock must be returned to us. You must notify us of any problems by phone or email within 24hours of receipt by you. At this stage we will approve and discuss return of the product. We cannot refund compact discs. Any damaged disks will be replaced on return of the damaged disk. Once we have received the returned goods we will arrange replacement or refund.
